Sun Devil Club: Enhance, Engage, Educate

Japan Sun Devil Athletics Endowment

Each school year, Sun Devil student-athletes, make their way from around the world to Tempe to pursue their degrees while participating at the highest level of intercollegiate athletics. The newly established Japan Sun Devil Athletics Endowment has been founded to provide support for Sun Devil Athletics. This will assist in advancing the mission of Sun Devil Athletics and enhance recruiting efforts of the top student-athlete prospects globally for all sports, while providing the resources to maximize their athletic and academic pursuits.

This fund will assist Sun Devil Athletics in covering costs for:

  • Recruiting
  • Tuition
  • Room and board
  • Books

Please join in supporting the community of ASU supporters in Japan to make an impact on the education of Sun Devil student-athletes by donating to the Japan Sun Devil Athletics Endowment today!

The Japan Sun Devil Athletics Endowment was established by 93’ alum Yoshi Ikurumi.  Yoshi, a diehard Sun Devil, recognizes the importance of helping to use his philanthropy to impact our student-athletes and motivate fellow alumni to support, as well. This gift is a starting point to an incredibly intentional engagement effort with our Japanese-based alumni.
